MOT’s bid for Junior Little League World Series berth foiled

Delaware's Middletown-Odessa-Townsend team was eliminated from the Junior Little League East Regional. MOT lost two close games to New Jersey's Freehold Township on July 30. Freehold Township won the deciding game 9-8 after forcing it with a 12-11 victory earlier in the day.
