#UDTF Bessong Will Represent Cameroon At World Athletics U20 Championships

DAYTON – University of Dayton Track and Field sophomore Simone Bessong will represent Cameroon next week at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Bessong is scheduled to compete in the 100 meters on Wednesday and the 200 meters on Friday. Earlier this month, Bessong captured the 100-meter title at the Cameroon National Championships. The sophomore crossed the finish line in 11.87 seconds to win gold in Yaounde, Cameroon.
