Men’s Lacrosse Earns National Recognition for Nation’s Top Defense

RALEIGH, N.C. – After leading all of NCAA Division III in caused turnovers per game during the 2026 season, the William Peace University men’s lacrosse team has earned national recognition from both the NCAA’s official statistical rankings and Division III lacrosse publication DeeThreeLax. The Pacers finished the season No. 1 in NCAA Division III with 16.35 caused turnovers per game, forcing 278 turnovers in 17 games to lead the nation.
