Former Marist football star signs with NFL team
The Marist football to the pros pipeline just got stronger. Announced Wednesday morning (Aug. 5) by ESPN's Adam Schefter, former Princeton and Marist University star tight end Connor Hulstein inked a contract with the New York Jets. This comes a day after Jets rookie first-round tight end Kenyon Sadiq was announced to have suffered a setback related to an offseason hernia surgery. Hulstein previously attended New York's mandatory minicamp during the spring. A Frisco, Texas native, Hulstein broke out in his lone season in Poughkeepsie.
