Davis Alexander and Travis Theis Named Among CFL Top Performers of July

Montreal, August 5, 2026 – Quarterback Davis Alexander and running back Travis Theis have been named among the Canadian Football League’s (CFL) top three performers for the month of July. Alexander finished first in the monthly voting, earning the honour for the second consecutive month after also being selected in June. The 27-year-old quarterback posted a perfect 4-0 record, completing 90 of 121 pass attempts (74.4%) for 1,310 yards and seven touchdowns.
