Women’s Volleyball Announces Sidney Apodaca as Assistant Coach

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College NCAA women’s volleyball team has announced the hiring of Sidney Apodaca as an assistant coach. Apodaca played Division I volleyball at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. She made an immediate impact on the Brooklyn Terriers during her freshman year, earning the first Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year Award in program history. Over the course of her four years at St. Francis, Apodaca racked up 313 kills and 53 digs in 86 career matches. Upon graduating in 2020, Apodaca went overseas and played professionally in Slovenia.
