Blazer Golf Earns Platform Golf Team Academic Award

NORMAN, Okla. – The Valdosta State golf team earned the 2025-26 Platform Golf Team Academic Award, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The Blazers were one of 26 NCAA Division II programs to earn Presidents Special Recognition by earning a GPA above a 3.5. In total, a GCAA-record 331 schools across six divisions earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award. 155 schools received Presidents Special Recognition for having an average team GPA of 3.5 or above in 2025-26.
