Liberty Plasek Secures 1-0 Win for Lion Soccer in Season Opener

RUSTON, La. – A second-half goal from newcomer Liberty Plasek secured the third straight 1-0 start to the season for the East Texas A&M University soccer team with a 1-0 win at Grambling on Thursday evening at the Ruston Sports Complex. The Lions picked up a win in their season opener for the third straight season which is the longest such streak in program history since winning six season openers in a row from 2007-12.
