Two second-half goals lift Northwest past Truman State in soccer exhibition

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State University women's soccer team used a pair of second-half goals to propel the home squad to a 2-0 exhibition victory over the Truman State Bulldogs at the Bearcat Pitch. Northwest's Julia Coacher broke a 0-0 tie nearly 11 minutes into the second half when she found the back of the net. Coacher's goal came with an assist from Makenna West to give Northwest a 1-0 advantage.
