Beavers Open Canadian Tour with Win

LANGLEY, British Columbia – The Oregon State men's basketball team opened its summer tour of Canada with a 113-77 win over Trinity Western Tuesday evening in Langley, British Columbia. As a team, the Beavers shot 65.3 from the floor in the game. Six Beavers finished in double-figures, led by DeShawn Gory, who narrowly missed a double-double, ending his day with 18 points, nine rebounds, four assists and four steals. Jackson Rasmussen went 8-for-14 from the floor to put up 19 points. Chris Johnson scored 18 on 7-for-10 shooting, while Daniel Freitag tallied 17 points, going 4-for-6 from beyond the arc....
