Konicek named interim head coach for Cornell Baseball

MOUNT VERNON – Cornell College has named Colin Konicek as interim head baseball coach for the 2026-27 season, it was announced by Director of Athletics Jeff Meeker. A 2023 Cornell graduate, Konicek returned to his alma mater this past season as an assistant on the Rams’ baseball staff. The West Dundee, Ill., native was a four-year member on Cornell’s baseball team.
