Clemson’s hill is WAY steeper than it looks on TV. And one of college football’s most iconic traditions started by accident. Memorial Stadium didn’t have locker rooms, so Clemson’s were across the street. Running down the hill was simply the fastest way to the field. A construction problem became one of the best entrances in sports.
