Football picked eigth in SAA Preseason Poll

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee’s football team was picked eighth in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Preseason Poll, as announced by the conference office on Friday afternoon. Voting was conducted by the league’s eight head coaches. Trinity received five first-place votes and 54 total points to finish first, while Berry received 52 points and three first-place votes. Centre finished third with 38 points, while Maryville and Millsaps tied for fourth with 37 points each.
