Griz drop first match of road trip
The Montana soccer team opened its two-match road trip to The Emerald City with a 4-0 loss against Seattle at SU's Championship Field on Thursday night. The Redhawks (1-1-1), who played No. 23 Texas Tech to a scoreless draw in their most recent match, led 1-0 at the half before pulling away with three second-half goals. Seattle outshot Montana 34-6 and created nine corner kicks. The Grizzlies (0-2-0) had the first shot of the match, a shot from distance that Megan Wilson-Sofield put off the right post.
