Utah Tech Blanked by Portland on Sunday Afternoon

(St George, UT - Aug 23, 2026) – Utah Tech women's soccer falls to Portland on Sunday afternoon, 3-0. The Trailblazers' (1-2-1) first scoring chance came in the fourth minute off of a corner kick, where Ella Rusick got a good look, but her shot hit off of the crossbar on the left side. The Pilots (1-2-0) were able to get on the board first in the 16th minute when Xayla Black put one past Elle Rafajko .
