PHILADELPHIA - Esha Velaga 's run at the WTA 125 Ennoble Care Philly Open came to an end Sunday, as the University of Pennsylvania women's tennis standout fell to No. 3 seed Ekaterina Ovcharenko, 6-2, 6-4, in the qualifying singles draw at Hamlin Tennis Center.
