Baseball Blue Jays Win Two Saturday
The Greenville Blue Jays baseball team ended last week with a three-game winning streak after beating Trimpe Middle School of Bethalto and Okawville at home on Saturday. After falling behind 4-0 to Trimpe, the Jays bounced back to win 12-4 in five innings. Camren Glisson was the winning pitcher, striking out seven. Colt Schaefer got the save. Driving in two runs apiece for Greenville were Wyatt Garmon, Mikey Sanchez, Ethan Shadowens and Macoy Helige.
