Six automatic qualifiers set for U.S. Presidents Cup team

The first batch of players set to play at this year's Presidents Cup is locked in. Scottie Scheffler led six competitors who automatically qualified for the U.S. team following the conclusion of the BMW Championship on Sunday. Also set to play the biannual event for the Americans are Cameron Young, Wyndham Clark, Sam Burns, Collin Morikawa and Russell Henley. The final six members of the team will be chosen by captain Brandt Snedeker ahead of the tournament, which is set to run Sept. 24-27 at Medinah Country Club near Chicago.
