In Their Own Words: Wildcats Discuss Lifelong Impact of International Tour

The Abilene Christian women’s basketball team wrapped up its summer with the trip of a lifetime as it embarked on an international tour to Greece and Rwanda. Across two weeks, the Wildcats were part of numerous unforgettable experiences through international competition, service work and cultural immersion activities. From Aug. 4-15, the team enjoyed stops in Athens and Nafplio in Greece before staying on the campus of Rwanda Children , a faith-based nonprofit founded by ACU alum Serge Gasore (’09), and Akagera National Park.
