Lycoming tabbed third in Landmark preseason poll
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Following a record-setting season, the Lycoming College women’s soccer team was picked to finish third in the Landmark Conference Preseason Coaches’ Poll, the conference office announced on Wednesday, August 26. Six-time defending champion Scranton was unanimously picked to finish at the top once again, garnering 81 points and nine first-place votes, with last year’s runner-up, Catholic, earning 70 points. Lycoming was close behind in third with 67 points, with Susquehanna (54 points) and Elizabethtown (50 points) rounding out the top half.
