Ten Years Later, Nobles Ready for Another UWF First

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Ten years later, the memory remains fresh for UWF football coach Kaleb Nobles , recalling the first signature moment in the team’s history. Nobles was a transfer starting quarterback, getting ready to take the first snap on the first play of the first game in the Argos foray into collegiate football. The Argos wowed in that inaugural game on Sept. 3, 2016 in Naples, beating Ave Maria University 45-0. Nobles completed 20 of 28 passes for 229 yards, two touchdowns in a game that was halted for a couple hours at halftime due to a severe thunderstorm.…
