UAA gymnasts finish national runner-up in GPA
SAN MARCOS, Texas (Aug. 26) – The Alaska Anchorage gymnastics team continued its historic run in the classroom in the 2025-26 academic year, finishing as the national runner-up in combined grade-point average in the Women’s Gymnastics Coaches Association’s annual team academic rankings. With a 3.8476 mark, the Seawolves finished in the top five of the GPA rankings for the fourth time in five years, including No. 1 in 2023-24 and 2024-25.
