Freeman and Mzizi Named to NFHCA Wacthlist

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — University of Lynchburg field hockey seniors Allie Freeman and Khanyisile Mzizi have been named to the 2026 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Watchlist, announced Thursday morning. Mzizi was named an NFHCA All-American for the third consecutive season in 2025, along with earning All-Region and All-ODAC recognition. The senior midfielder once again enters the season with national recognition as one of the premier two-way players in the Division III landscape.
