Union University Falls in Hard-Fought Battle Against Western Kentucky University

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Union University women's soccer team opened its 2026 season with a strong effort against Western Kentucky University on Thursday evening. The Lady Bulldogs battled throughout the match before falling 2-0 at the WKU Soccer Complex. Union's defense held firm throughout the opening 45 minutes, keeping Western Kentucky off the scoreboard and sending the match into halftime tied 0-0.
