Hermer named Assistant Basketball Coach at Boston University

The Boston University men’s basketball program added Ike Hermer to its staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2026-27 season, head coach Joe Jones announced. Hermer joins the staff after spending two seasons as an Assistant Coach/Player Development for the Osceola Magic, the G-League affiliate of the NBA’s Orlando Magic, where he contributed to offensive and defensive implementation, game and practice planning, scouting, and the organization’s player development efforts.
