IndyCar News: Grid Penalties for the Snap-on Makers and Fixers 250

INDYCAR Officiating has announced nine-position starting grid penalties for the entries of Nos. 3 and 12 Team Penske, No. 10 Chip Ganassi Racing and Nos. 76 and 77 Juncos Hollinger Racing for unapproved engine changes following the race on the Streets of Washington, D.C., Sunday, Aug. 23. The entries were in violation of: Rule 16.1.2.3.2.
