GCSU wraps up Bobcat Classic

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College & State University wrapped up its season opening Bobcat Classic Saturday (Aug. 29) inside the Centennial Center. GCSU absorbed two losses to run its record to 0-4. The Bobcats were defeated by Carson-Newnan University in their opener 25-16, 25-17 and 25-19 before closing out the Classic with a 25-22, 17-25, 25-16 and 25-22 loss to Albany State University. The Bobcats hit the road Friday (Sept. 4) to compete in the Pickle Invitational in Mount Olive, North Carolina.
