Hatters Fall at Coastal Carolina, 2-0, Despite 15-Shot Effort

CONWAY, S.C. — Stetson men’s soccer was unable to overcome an early deficit Saturday evening, falling 2-0 to Coastal Carolina at the CCU Soccer Stadium. The Hatters finished with a 15-12 advantage in total shots and generated eight corner kicks, but Coastal Carolina made the most of its opportunities with seven attempts on frame. Stetson created chances throughout the match, particularly after halftime when the Hatters recorded nine of their 15 shots.
