Pioneers Draw Even Before Falling at UT Dallas

RICHARDSON, Texas — Cal State East Bay wrapped up its season-opening trip to Texas with a 3-1 loss to UT Dallas on Saturday evening at the UTD Soccer Complex. The Pioneers created opportunities from the opening stages, generating six shots and five corner kicks during the first half. Alejandro Zarate put East Bay's first shot on goal in the 15th minute, forcing a save, but UT Dallas responded less than two minutes later.
