Raiders Expected To Name QB Kirk Cousins As Starter

Matt Zenitz reports that the Raiders are expected to name veteran QB Kirk Cousins their starter over first overall pick Fernando Mendoza. Back in April, Ian Rapoport reported that Las Vegas expected Cousins to start ahead of Mendoza in 2026. He said Las Vegas is hoping in a best-case scenario that Mendoza will get a full year of seasoning behind Cousins before taking over.
