Sean Weston Jr runs in game-winning TD to lead Hornets past Stony Brook 41-34

DOVER, Delaware –Delaware State put together an 11-play, 80-yard scoring drive, culminating in a 16-yard rushing touchdown from with 1:54 left in the ballgame to give the Hornets a 41-34 win over Stony Brook on Thursday night at Alumni Stadium. The victory improved Delaware State’s record to 1-0 on the season while the Seawolves fell to 0-1. Ui Ale led Delaware State’s passing attack with 259 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown without throwing an interception.
