Lady Jaguars Rally Past Spring Hill, 3-1, for First Win of Season

BATON ROUGE, La. — Southern University scored three unanswered goals, including two from Jamila Omardin, to rally past Spring Hill College 3-1 Sunday afternoon at A.W. Mumford Stadium. The victory gave the Lady Jaguars their first win of the season and improved Southern to 1-2. Spring Hill fell to 0-2. Southern finished with an 11-9 advantage in shots and put six attempts on goal in front of 318 fans. Spring Hill struck first in the 28th minute.
