Banasik Named GLVC Offensive Player of the Week

By: Payton Siebert, Assistant Director of Athletic Communications ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T senior forward/midfielder Mike Banasik (Hjoerring, Denmark/Hjoering Gymnasium) has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference office Monday. Banasik helped lead the Miners to a perfect 2-0 start to the 2026 season, contributing to S&T’s victories over Northeastern State University and Davenport University.
