Bowie State Football Opens Season Against Virginia State Saturday

BOWIE, MD — A new era of Bowie State football officially begins on Saturday, Sept. 5. The Bulldogs will open the 2026 season on the road against Virginia State at Rogers Stadium in Ettrick, Va., with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. The match-up will serve as the first CIAA contest of the season for both programs.
