Flyers Not Working On Contract Extensions For Pending Free Agents

With the September 15th deadline looming for max-term contracts as well as deals with a higher allowable signing bonus allocation (and less restrictive year-to-year variability rules), some teams will redouble their efforts to sign their pending free agents.
