HONOLULU — San Diego volleyball did not trail a single point Sunday night, sweeping tournament host Hawaii 25-16, 25-17, 25-18 in front of 5,430 at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center to close the 2026 Hawaiian Airlines Wahine Volleyball Classic. The Toreros (2-1, 0-0 WCC) hit .266 for the match, doubled up the Rainbow Wahine (1-2, 0-0 Mountain West) at the net with 9.0 team blocks to 4.0 and held Hawaii to 26 kills on 103 swings, a .078 clip.
