Herd Women’s Soccer’s Wiktoria Mikrut Earns SBC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

NEW ORLEANS – Marshall’s Wiktoria Mikrut has been named the Sun Belt Conference Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. In two matches last week, Mikrut scored a hat trick and tallied a match-winning assist to lead Marshall to an unbeaten road trip at Belmont and UT Martin. The Poland native scored all three of the Herd’s goals in a 3-3 tie at Belmont Thursday, recording the Herd’s 10th hat trick in program history.
