King/Gordon Kick-off 2026-27 with Week One Cardinal Flyer of the Week Honors

Wheeling, W. Va. – With the first week of action in the books, the 2026-2027 season is officially underway for the Wheeling University Athletics Department. On Tuesday, the department announced it’s weekly Cardinal High Flyer of the Week awards, with a pair of standout performances earning the first honors of the year.
