Ruben Prey Shines With Portuguese National Team

QUEENS, N.Y. – On the eve of his junior year with the Red Storm, St. John's Men's Basketball standout Ruben Prey put up a pair of stellar performances for the Portuguese senior national team this past week during the second round of FIBA World Cup Qualifiers. In two games, Prey averaged 15.0 points on 60.0% shooting, including a 50.0% effort from beyond the arc. The rising junior also converted at a 71.4% clip from the charity stripe on 14 chances.
