RV Women’s Volleyball Sweeps SVU In Season Premiere

Buena Vista, Va. — The University of Lynchburg women’s volleyball team opened its 2026 campaign with a sweep over Southern Virginia on Tuesday evening at Knight Arena. The RV Hornets won by set scores of 25-13, 25-20 and 25-18 to move to 1-0. Lynchburg recorded 42 kills and 11 attack errors on 92 total attempts for a .337 hitting percentage.
