Southwestern Spoils McMurry Men’s Soccer Season Opener

GEORGETOWN, Texas — McMurry Men’s Soccer opened its 2026 season on the road, falling 3-0 to Southwestern University on Tuesday at Southwestern Varsity Fields. Southwestern took an early 2-0 advantage after converting back-to-back penalty kicks in the third minute. The Pirates extended their lead to 3-0 with an assisted goal in the 22nd minute.
