The high school volleyball season is underway. Here’s a look at some outside hitters and middle blockers to watch during the 2026 season. Elizabeth Alford, Sacred Heart, Sr.: The top returning scorer for the frequent state tournament qualifier with 323 kills, 62 blocks and 22 aces last season. Hadley Bonifacic, Dominican, Jr.: Her 284 kills last season are the most of any returning player from a team that reached the Division I state finals for the seventh year in a row.
