Griffons blank Wayne State 2-0 in 2026 home opener
ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Griffon Soccer opened its 2026 home schedule in winning fashion Wednesday evening, earning a 2-0 shutout over Wayne State at Spratt Stadium. With the victory, MoWest improves to 2-0-1 on the season, while Wayne State falls to 1-1-0. The Griffons scored once in each half and held the Wildcats to just two shots for the match. MoWest wasted little time getting on the board.
