Season Preview: Saints March Into 2026 with Hoffman Cup Game at Norwich

It’s a new season but familiar confines for the St. Lawrence University football team, as they open the 2026 season with their annual Hoffman Cup contest, taking a trip to Northfield, Vt. to face the Norwich Cadets on Friday. St. Lawrence aims to win their sixth consecutive Hoffman Cup following a 19-3 triumph over their Vermonter foes in September of last season, which helped springboard the Saints to a 4-6 overall record and 3-4 Liberty League mark.
