Shack Being Shack: VFL Still Giving Back to Knoxville Community

More than a year removed from graduation, former Tennessee Basketball student-athlete Jahmai Mashack was back in Knoxville doing what he does best: giving back. The VFL and current NBA player helped Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee kick off Hunger Action Month with a community food distribution event. Mashack helped promote and organize a similar event with Second Harvest during his days as a student-athlete. He also visited Hickory Corner Farm in Claiborne County to learn more about the organization's Harvesting Hope initiative and local farm partnerships.
