Stags Stopped at FDU

TEANECK, N.J. – The Fairfield University Women's Soccer team surrendered two second half goals as the FDU Knights took down the Stags 2-0 to finish non-conference play. The Stags out-shot the Knights 19-7 and had a 7-5 margin with shots on target but could not find the back of the net for their second-straight setback. Thirteen of Fairfield's 19 attempts came in the second half while both teams combined for 18 shots in the final 45 minutes.
