#13 Men’s Soccer Draws with Tampa, 1-1 on Thursday Evening

TAMPA, Fla. – The #13 Clayton State University men’s soccer team embarked on their first road trip of the season as they played the Spartans of Tampa on Thursday evening. The two teams braved a weather delay and the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw. Tampa brought the offensive pressure in the first half outshooting the Lakers, 7-2. Adrian Lopez and Camilo Velez provided the shots for the Lakers. Tampa had its fair share of chances, but Kalle Kuisma and the Laker defensive unit snuffed out each opportunity.
