Boex’s Brace Pushes Lumberjacks Past Wolfpack

RENO, Nev. (September 3, 2026) –Behind the first brace of Micala Boex’s career, the Northern Arizona soccer team took a 3-0 win over Nevada on Thursday night inside Mackay Stadium. Boex’s two-goal outing marks the first multi-goal game of her career, as the forward led NAU’s attack with five shots, placing all five on target. Mayson Houseman tallied the first goal of her career for NAU’s other score, as the freshman placed both of her shots on goal as well.
