Men’s Soccer Match at West Virginia Ruled No Contest Due to Inclement Weather
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. — The Akron men's soccer team's match against West Virginia was ruled a no contest due to inclement weather. After a goal kick 43 seconds into the second half, a weather delay was called which ultimately halted the match for good. No official statistics were kept in the no contest, but the Zips did hold a 1-0 lead before the match was called off.
