Volleyball hosts Heron Invitational to open season

Head Coach Derryk Williams is back for his fifth season at the helm of the William Smith volleyball program. Williams led the Herons to a program-best 24-8 record in 2025 that saw William Smith earn its second straight bid to the NCAA Championship and earn its first NCAA tournament win in program history. The Herons return eight players from last year’s roster and adds six fresh faces after graduating the programs inaugural class. William Smith is receiving votes in the AVCA preseason poll.
